Service Policy

DJI Store Virginia Provides Firmware Upgrade, operation training, Maintenance and Repair services to all DJI products.  Our service fee policy is posted below. 

  1. All DJI product firmware upgrade or activation is subject to 0.5 hour ($30) service fee. The firmware upgrade service fee will be waived if the drone/device was purchased in our store within 3 months.
  1. We charge $65/ hour to DJI Product training. We usually charge 1 hour ($65) to basic operation training. For advanced training, please talk to our staff to make an appointment.
  1. All repairs are subject to mandatory diagnostic fee (0.5 hour for $30). The diagnostic fee will be waived if the drone/device was purchased in our store in 1 year.
  1. Purchasing accessories or/and repair parts is not eligible to waive service fees.
